Our team designed and developed the complete appointment booking service from the ground up, focusing on reliability and ease of use for both tradespeople and their customers. Key points of our development included:
- Embeddable Booking Widget UI/UX: Created a clean, responsive, and easily embeddable booking widget using React.js. This allows tradespeople to integrate the full booking functionality directly into their existing websites with a few lines of code.
- Real-Time Calendar Synchronization Engine: Developed a robust backend system in Node.js that handles complex calendar management, preventing double-bookings and providing accurate, real-time availability to customers based on the tradesperson's defined working hours and existing appointments.
- Automated Notification System: Engineered an integrated email and SMS notification system to automatically send booking confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates to both the business and the customer, significantly improving communication and reducing missed appointments.
- Automated Digital Reporting:Created a dynamic report generation feature that compiles AI findings, photos, and assessment notes into a professional, instantly shareable digital report, eliminating manual paperwork for users.
- Secure Admin Dashboard & Database: Built a secure admin portal for tradespeople to manage their bookings, services, pricing, and customer data. Implemented a reliable database architecture to ensure all booking information is stored securely and is easily accessible.
