- End-to-End Project Ownership:End-to-End Project Ownership: We directed the NAC project from initial impact analysis through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Comprehensive BI Review:We performed a full-scale audit of over 2,000 reports and 20 OLAP cubes within the BI environment to identify areas affected by the agent code change.
- Change Management & Implementation:Our team spearheaded updates across all impacted BI artifacts, ensuring accurate implementation of the new agent code while preserving data integrity and consistency across analytics and reporting systems.
- Testing, Collaboration & Documentation:Successfully led UAT to validate all system changes, created comprehensive project documentation, and worked closely with stakeholders to facilitate seamless transition and user adoption.
