Team Leadership:Led a team of 12 offshore and off-site ETL consultants, managing the end-to- end data extraction and transformation processes from multiple source systems within the organization.
Executive Dashboards:Spearheaded the design and development of an Executive Dashboard that delivered real-time insights into key business and operational metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
System Architecture & Documentation:Authored comprehensive functional design documents for FWFM (Federated Work Force Management).
We developed a mission-critical system responsible for managing technician workloads. FWFM intelligently assigns field tasks based on inputs from systems such as SODB and NSC-Hub, optimizing scheduling and productivity.
Business Requirements Alignment:Participated in Consumer Wireline Order Tracking SRS (System Requirement Specifications) sessions to ensure business requirements were fully captured and accurately reflected in the technical deliverables.
